Snowed In Blog Hop!

Welcome to Samantha's World!

I am participating in "Snowed in Blog Hop" all weekend to take some time to get to know other global bloggers, find new blog land friends and even a chance to win give-aways! I am a newby blogger so very happy that you have taken the time to stop by!

"Blizzard Bloghop 2010 hosted by Household 6 Diva

This blog is all about my little corner of the world. If I ruled the world there would be lots of time spent showing friends and strangers love, lots of yummy cooking (healthy vegetarian of course), plenty of coffee and wine to drink, lots of yarn for knitting and other crafts, working out really hard and lots of downtime in front of a fire chatting with a few good friends.

I was born and raised in Bristol, England and have friends and family all over the U.S and world! I am primarily using this blog as a way to share with them my day-to-day life.

I am currently live in Spokane, WA with my boyfriend of over 4 years Thor. He does a great job of putting up with my constant need to be cooking or creating something!

I know a lot of the blog hoppers out there are connected to the military service. My little brother recently joined the army and is just finishing up his medic training. I am SO proud of him....but it is so strange to see the little twerp with a gun!! I am so thankful for our special relationship and the brother/sister bond that can never be taken from us.

Feel free to take a look around and make yourself at home in my world. If you see anything I could improve as a new blogger please do not hesitate to let me know!

This event is being hosted by Miss Ann Marie over at Household 6 Diva.
If you are a blogger and have not linked up yet, why not?!?!

  2. Stopped by from the blog hop. Totally jealous about England; it's a place I love from books only and would love to go someday. Congrats on your brother joining up as a medic, that's really awesome!!

  3. Strange to see the little twerp with a gun, hee hee!

I would like to run a series of stories on my blog called Deployment Stories. It can be from any branch of the military, and from soldiers or the spouses on the homefront. It can be about anything, but I would prefer them to be upbeat stories, not sad, though you can write about hard times, just end it in a positive note.

Moms Around The World. Stories about you as a mom if you are of a different heritage than American. Stories you've found about moms in other countries other than America (give author credits). Stories of how the moms live, how they raise their kids, traditions, morals, etc.
